If you haven’t noticed, it’s winter! New Year’s Eve is something of the past and to get you out of that winter depression why don’t you try some ice-skating when you’re in Amsterdam! It looks like we won’t be getting any natural ice this year so why don’t you try one of Amsterdam’s ice-skating rinks! This is a great and fun way to improve your ice-skating skills!
There are couple of ice-skating rinks in town and especially the smaller ones are a real treat to be. When you’re done making your moves on the ice, there are enough other things to do around the rink. Also try some “Koek en Sopie” that’s hot-coco, gluhwein, anise milk, pea soup or a shot of “kruidenbitter” (liquor) to warm yourself up again.
