One of the most well-known Italian restaurants in Amsterdam is Roberto’s. It is located in the Hilton hotel in Amsterdam South. This restaurant is not cheap, but you can enjoy a nice 4 course meal for € 39,50. So that is a very nice price.
The menu is excellent and so is their wine cellar. You can enjoy the fantastic food on their terrace on the front side of the hotel, but unfortunately not on the rear side at the water.
I had a nice 4-course meal here with a Italian red wine. The food and the wine were beautiful, the only remark I have was the service. The waitress that helped us was pretty informal and she seemed disinterested. On top of that she poured in the wine of the second bottle into my glass which still contained the wine of the first bottle. Unbelievable.
Overall I still recommend this restaurant because the quality is simply to good!
